Do you accept cancellations?
All purchases are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. We strongly encourage you to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all items, quantities, and shipping details are correct.
What language/print are the products?
All products we carry are in North American English, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What if my item gets lost or damaged in the mail?

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping carriers may have their own investigation and claims process, which we will assist with as needed.
Can I change my address after placing the order?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but after this period, we cannot guarantee modifications, as orders may have already been processed for shipment.
